Graduating Seniors – Commencement Lunch

Graduating Students, Families, and Friends you are cordially invited to attend a post-graduation Jazz Luncheon in the Upper Commons. Seating begins at 12:30 p.m. Reservations are required and are first come, first serve.
On the menu
Grilled salmon | with arugula pesto and saffron – fennel nage
Carved beef tenderloin with bordelaise sauce
Pan roast Murray’s Farm chicken breast with plum tomatoes, artichokes, capers, roast garlic, olive oil, and basil
Wild grains with sauteed spring ramps
Fingerling potatoes with herb compound butter and local sea salt
Roast spring asparagus with shaved Atwell’s Gold cheese, black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil
Spring vegetable succotash
Rhode Island Mushroom polenta cakes with roast tomato – basil jam
