DESCRIPTION:Unnecessary food waste is a problem everywhere.  Beginning on September 6 – September 12 we’ll be asking guests of the Upper Commons to scrape their food waste into compost bins in hopes that the amount of food that is needlessly thrown away makes enough of an impact for our guests to make a change the next time they dine – not only on campus\, but everywhere\, including at home!
